As employers we believe that everyone should be encouraged to reach their maximum potentual both acedemically and professionally.  We train all staff to the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health level 2 award.  We encourage membership of at least one professional institution and sponsor staff to become members of the Association of Building Engineers, with whom we have a special relationship.  For those who wish to develop as Engineers we sponsor membership of the Society of Professional Engineers and registration as P Eng.
