QSonline specialise in military works and a large number of our staff are ex servicemen or ex civil servants.  With many years experience we offer a full inspection and appraisal service for all schedule A & B type work.  In addition we also have trained and highly skilled staff to undertake specialist surveys and inspections, including Masts and Towers, confined space entery, asbestos type 2 surveys and underwater inspections.


We operate a detailed design service in compliance to the latest Defence Estates requirement.  We maintain a searchable document library incorporating DE Policy instructions, Functional Standards and Design Guides as well as Technical Bulletins and Health & Safety Notices.  Our design procedures follow a DWS/USF format which incorporates a concurrance at 10%, 50% and 90% design stages.  We routinely incorporate Environmental Impact Assessments as part of our design.

We offer a comprehensive EWC service which encompasses, Programme and scheduling of schedule A & B tasks.  Investment Appraisals and Options Studies, Structural Surveys, through life costings and ad hoc fault diagnosis reports.  We also offer a range of commercial services including Quantity Surveying and the formation of GMP offers, audit of contractors accounts and work on site, spend profiles and forcast of out turn reports.  We have specialest software and are able to produce a master index and EMPS as well as a detailed Forward Maintenance Register.
