As Chartered Quantity Surveyors we have many years of experience in working with differant schedules of rates and costing indices.  We use the full range range of PSA works schedules, Spons and Laxton in order to deduce a projects cost or value interim applications for payment.  Usually we are engaged at project concept, and prepare Rough Order Costings which we develop as the design progresses.  We prepare Bills of Quantities, Specifications and contracts for a variety of works, from small scale refurbishment packages to multi million pound new build projects.  We also offer a service to main and sub contractors where we will measure site work, prepare and submit applications for payment.

All of QSonline technical staff are members of the Association of Building Engineers and have a detailed knowledge in the performance of differant building types and materials.  From structural surveys to home owner inspections we are able to offer an in depth survey service.  We particularly specialise in stock condition surveys and the preperation of forward maintenance plans.
