About us
We are a company of Professional Engineers and Chartered Surveyors offering a broard range of consultancy services for the construction and property sectors. We offer all aspects of construction design and project management. From our office in Gibraltar we have excellent air links with the UK and mainland Europe. We have both public and private clients, and specialise in Military Works Services. Our company was originally established in the Seychelles in 2000, and opened an office in Gibraltar in 2007.
Services
Our work is generally divided into two sub catogories, Public and Private. Our Public clients are local authorities, government departments, and large government contractors working in an international theatre. Our private clients range from small contractors and developers to private home owners.
Projects / Sectors
QSonline specialise in defence works, and offer a comprehensive design and project management system in full compliance with Defence Estates requirements. We also offer a range of schedule A and B services, some in particular specialist fields, as varied as masts and towers, confined spaces, and marine structures, as well as Historic Building Inspections, EWC deliverables and building surveys. For private clients, we offer design services from concept to completion, Building Control Advisor, Project manager, and employers agent. We also offer a dispute resolution and ajudication service handling claims for either clients or contractors.
